Abstract: In order to adapt to health system reform and explore new pattern of bonus allocation for nurses in grass-root general hospitals, an allocation system focusing on position performance, department workload and quality needs to be established so as to award clinical nurses who are of high professional risks, high technology and always on night duty. In this way, nurses' working enthusiasm and initiative could be motivated and their team could be stabilized, which would improve nursing management and promote healthy development of hospitals' nursing service.
