Abstract: Currently the reform of public hospitals has gradually moved to the"deep water area". This article compared and analyzed the data on 10 selected representative financial indicators in 8 pilot hospitals before and after the reform and then summarized the reform experience to offer reference to other public hospitals' comprehensive reform.
