Abstract: For high-profit medical consumables with high speciality, wide variety and high safety requirement, implement fine management throughout their application to improve medical safety, reduce operating costs and use medical resources rationally. Design differentiated operation flows for various high-profit medical consumables and conduct cross monitoring based on of HRP and HIS to track the application of high-profit consumables throughout. Fine logistics management using information technology on high-profit medical consumables could control the material consumption, reduce medical costs, guarantee the quality of medical care and improve patient satisfaction.
