Abstract: 根据全液压模锻锤结构形式及其工况的要求,设计了一种用于400kJ全液压模锻锤的液压系统.其主功能主要包括泵站供油回路、打击回程回路、寸动对模控制回路、安全保护回路、冷却过滤回路等.为满足打击时系统大流量的需求,采用14个轴向柱塞泵联合供油;为实现上锤头快速下行,打击回路采用插装阀差动连接控制液压缸,锤身上跳则依靠与上锤头相连的长连杆带动联通缸柱塞来实现;工作缸的下腔直接与蓄能器连接,既能在打击时吸收多余的能量防止液压冲击,又能在回程时实现锤头快速回程,减少闷模时间,延长模具寿命.
