Abstract: This paper reviewed and sorted out the policy implementation and current status of Social Capital to Sponsor Health Care Undertakings;explored the cruxes and major influencing factors;and put forward recommendations that giving full play for the policy development, strictly ensuring quality from the very beginning, giving priorities to large size private hospitals and providing them with guidance and support, including private hospital into the overall plan of institution settings and identifying their development space.
