Abstract: PDCA is the most common medical quality management tool, but during the practical application, there are problems with it such as not applying quality management practices, not reflecting the PDCA cycle, lacking maneuverability and sufficient supporting information. To avoid these problems, we have established evaluation criteria for PDCA management with emphasis on adequate and reasonable application of quality management practices at every stage of the PDCA cycle in order to achieve scientific and effective management.
