Abstract: At present, researches regarding hospital incentive mechanism mainly focus on the medical staffs rather than hospital administrative staffs, who are easy to be ignored by hospital directors. Based on the common problems existing in hospital administrative staffs, this paper explored the strategies of constructing an incentive mechanisms for hospital administrative staffs by combining hot issues in post setting. Establishing incentive mechanism for hospital administrative staffs has a positive meaning to eliminate their job burnout, improve their specialization, enhance their sense of competition and improve hospital management efficiency.
