Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of the application of the medication guide in schizophrenia patients based on solution-focused approach. Methods 100 schizophrenic outpatients were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine medication guidance while the experimental group received routine medication guidance with the introduction of solution-focused approach. Evaluated the effect in terms of compliance and curative effect. Results Compliance, curative effect and drug treatment related knowledge satisfaction of experimental group patients were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Solution-focused medication guidance mode can significantly improve the patient compliance, improve the medication guide effect, service satisfaction and curative effect.
