Abstract: The article introduced the current situation of medical volunteer service, and explained the significance as well as objective of building the organization of"Volunteer's Home". A practical management mode of hospital volunteer team in line with the group development of hospitals was established. In order to provide theoretical support for the establishment of"Volunteer's Home"in the future, the hierarchical structure of personnel in medical volunteer teams was analyzed to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of volunteers from different levels in providing services in hospital.
