Abstract: The medical industry is technology-intensive industry with very frequent tendering and bidding activities. How to improve the supervision and management, use new technologies and measures, study new strategies and methods and implement full synchronized supervision and establish comprehensive supervision system including prevention, control during tendering and bidding and supervision afterwards are problems that puzzled hospital managers. In order to solve these problems, the author proposes three measures including leaders' attention as the premise;the sound system as protection and science-based monitoring as the foundation.
