The Learning and Experience of Nursing Management in Taiwan Shuang Ho Hospital

Abstract: Totally, 15 nurses of our hospital participated in a 14-day nursing management training activity in Taiwan. The training provided by Taipei Medical University-Shuang Ho Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare focuses on hospital nursing, inventory, equipment and outsourcing personnel management, outpatient procedures, construction of community health, medical records management and hospital security management. Through on-site communication and field visit, they learnt the pattern and development of nursing management in Taiwan, which brought some inspirations for our hospital's nursing management in the future.
