Abstract: Nursing personnel is an essential part of hospital personnel and their performance management is important for hospital management. It has been the hospital management difficulty as it is complex and includes plenty of statistic work. This article discussed the methods that could achieve refined nursing performance management by combining the application of mobile nursing system.
