Abstract: "Multi-site practice for physician"has aroused extensive attention in health sector. Since January 1st, Guangdong Province as the only pilot province has carried out the multi-site practice for physician system with three-year pilot duration. This is also the highlight of the healthcare reform, the purpose of which is to further use the medical resources reasonably and serve the mass. How to deal with the relationship among"hospital-physician-patient"may affect the new system implementation. In this case, we put forward the mode and improvement of three-level medical system and the necessity to improve it.
