Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of "concentrated timesharing appointment" in the management of "examinations after preliminary diagnosis" in outpatient service. Methods Improve current operation procedure based on the deficiency in the management of "examinations after preliminary diagnosis"in outpatient service. Results"Concentrated timesharing appointment"simplified the examinations procedure, saved patients' time, improved the medical order and harmonized the doctor-patient relationship as well as optimized the human resource allocation. Conclusion "Concentrated timesharing appointment" is an optimized model of examination procedure, which can not only make patients' examinations convenient but also improve the quality and efficiency of management in outpatient service, and simultaneously increase patients' satisfaction.
