Abstract: Continuing nursing is a part of holistic nursing and is the extension of inpatient nursing, which intends to ensure health care for discharged patients and promotes their recovery. As a special servicer, follow-up visit would become an essential factor for the competition among hospitals. Hospitals should improve their core competitiveness through informatization by establishing hospital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
