Abstract: Hospital culture plays a very important role in the development of a hospital. To clearly identify the extension and connotation of hospital culture and formulate targeted implementation strategy are the essential ways to build the hospital culture. Through in-depth analysis of the specific implementation plan of a hospital's culture construction, this article aims at making the hospital culture construction more figurative and concrete as well as providing a reference for other hospitals.
