Abstract: With the economic development, more importance is attached to the hospital social work. Department of Xinglin Medical Social Work has been established in our hospital and the social work has been conducted in aspects of project propulsion, case work, group work and community work to explore the medical social work mode meeting patients' need and provide satisfying service.
