Abstract: Based on the researches on current nurses' job burnout situation in China, this article analyzed relevant causes and further discussed how to improve nurses' initiatives in their works and lessen their job burnout. Nurse administrators should assist nurses to develop their career planning and pay great attention to nurse's physical and psychological health to stabilize the nurses team.
