Abstract: Objective To explore the application of crisis management in nursing management in private hospital. Methods Theories of crisis management was used to analyze the potential crisis and their causes in nursing management in private hospital. Results Strategies to strengthen crisis management in private hospital was proposed. Conclusion Crisis management is an important part of nursing management. By rationally usage of crisis management, we can minimize the potential risks, improve nursing quality and ensure the medical safety in private hospital.
