Abstract: 针对舰艇上现有的液压作动器系统体积较大,安装、维护比较复杂的问题,设计一套机电作动器系统,以取代液压作动器系统.首先进行机电作动器系统方案的设计,根据所需推力及寿命要求,合理设计电动缸的结构.建立机电作动器的AMESim模型,仿真分析其跟踪性能以及刚度对跟踪性能的影响,并从实验的角度分析研究它的动态特性.通过与液压作动器进行对比,发现机电作动器不但结构简单紧凑,体积小,而且动态性能明显优于液压作动器.
