Abstract: 介绍电液伺服加载试验系统的的工作原理,利用功率键合图建立系统的阀控非对称作动器及负载数学模型,并采用AMESim软件对系统进行了仿真研究,经试验验证比照,证明所建立模型的正确性.针对加载系统位控-力控模式切换环节,设计位控-力控并联控制器,使用AMESim和MATLAB软件建立联合仿真模型,仿真分析证明通过采用控制电流平滑切换模块可以有效抑制切换过程的冲击现象,避免过试验情况的发生,提高了加载系统的安全性.
