Abstract: Objective To explore the role of process management on the safety of orthopedic day surgery wards.Methods Make rational workflow for day surgery wards and organize all nurses to study on it so that it could be further applied to daily work and be improved during practice.Results After a year of clinical practice, there was no adverse events in day surgery and patients' satisfaction reached over 95%.Conclusion The nursing process standardizes the management of day surgery wards and ensures the quality of nursing.
