Abstract: How to ensure the normal operation of public hospitals and achieve maintenance and appreciation of state assets on the premise of public benefit orientation and government regulation is what all prefecture-level public hospitals are facing in the context of current medical reform policy. This paper intends to discuss the impact of management innovation on the operation of public hospital by taking the example of People's Hospital of Deyang City (hereinafter referred to as PHDC), which promotes great-leap-forward development by strengthening its internal management and improving its operational efficiency.
