Abstract: Hospital culture building is the driving force of the hospital development. Hospitals should treat further promoting of ethics education as an important way of improvement in hospital management and construction of the hospital culture. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, it is in need to continue strengthening the career aspirations and professional liability of, professional discipline and standards for medical personnel; and turn the various requirements of work and the system into the inner conviction. Under the influence of professional ethics education, hospitals can not only create an intimate and warm environment for patient in terms of the hardware, but also a good atmosphere that medical staff works harder, treats patient more kindly, tries to improve service quality and provides quality service in terms of software.
