Abstract: Objective To learn the factors that influence degree of satisfaction of employees in the community health service center (CHSC) under the background of new medical reform and discuss the incentive optimization program for those working in CHSC.Methods A survey on staff's degree of satisfaction about their work by means of questionnaire and interview was conducted and comparison between the degree of satisfaction before and after the implementation of the program was made.Result Overall degree of satisfaction of staff has increased to "Satisfactory (3.75>3)" from "Dissatisfactory (2.87<3)" after the incentive optimization program was carried out.Conclusion It is proven that employees are indeed encouraged overwhelmingly by such an incentive optimization program which is with referential significance for employee incentive in CHSC against the background of new medical reform.
