Abstract: To explore the reform on performance salary in public institutions of Ningbo health system, this research analyzed the four issues faced by performance salary reform and their negative impacts by combining the current reform practice in Ningbo health system. With these efforts, this article further studies the countermeasures for performance salary reform in Ningbo health system and proposes four strategies. This research aims to put up suggestions to address bottleneck problems in the reform and hope these strategies could give full play to medical workers' initiative and promote sustainable development of health career.
