Abstract: Objective To create quality nursing service and improve doctor-patient and nurse-patient relationship.Method Through the concrete measures to provide quality nursing service, humanistic care service was provided to the patient.Results The quality of care and patient satisfaction was increased significantly compared with last year.Conclusion The Quality Nursing Service activity educates and motivates the service concepts of service with civilization, dedication to the job, thinking in patients' position and continuous improvement of nurses; meets the legitimate needs of patients; reduce doctors-patients and nurse-patient conflicts; and fully demonstrated the importance of medical humanity.
