Abstract: The role of hospital office in standardized management of hospital is investigated in this paper. As a key department that is responsible for the administration of general affairs of hospital, hospital office should be accurate positioned. Its awareness of standardized administration and organization skills should be strengthened and the efficiency of standardized management should be improved so that it could play an active role in standardized management of hospital.
