Abstract: 分析了液压同步控制回路形式,重点研究了电液比例阀控同步回路,以电液比例阀控四马达同步液压系统为研究对象.建立了同步系统液压和控制模型,利用AMESim/Simulink对四马达同步系统进行了基于模糊PID控制的联合仿真分析,结果表明,电液比例阀控四马达同步液压系统,响应速度快,同步精度高.仿真为这种新型同步控制方式的可行性验证以及进一步的发展与研究提供了依据与理论支持.
