Effects of combined application of phosphate and microbial fertilizer on soil fertility and alfalfa growth in cold and arid regions

Abstract: 以种植第2年的金皇后苜蓿为材料,在寒旱区大田条件下,利用完全随机区组设计,研究磷肥、混合菌肥(溶磷菌与固氮菌)及磷肥与混合菌肥配施对寒旱区苜蓿生长及土壤养分的影响.结果表明:不同处理对苜蓿生长特性及土壤肥力具有不同程度的影响.不同施肥处理对苜蓿茎叶比影响不显著,75%的磷肥+菌肥处理对苜蓿茎粗影响最显著.单施磷肥、菌肥及磷肥与微生物菌肥配施处理均能提高苜蓿产量,单施磷肥,苜蓿鲜、干草产量最高,较对照提高27.312%和16.7%,其次为25%磷肥+菌肥处理,其他处理对苜蓿产量影响不显著.施肥处理对有机质影响不显著,全部混合菌肥和菌肥代替50%磷肥处理对土壤碱解氮含量、25%磷肥+菌肥处理对全氮、菌肥代替50%磷肥处理对土壤速效磷及速效钾影响显著.通过灰色关联度分析表明,不同处理对植物及土壤影响次序为:单施磷肥>50%磷肥+菌肥>25%磷肥+菌肥>固氮菌>混合菌肥>75%菌肥+磷肥>ck.
