Abstract: 以4种不同水生植物为试验材料,统计越冬成活率;并通过人工冷冻处理4个温度,常温为对照,研究了不同温度条件下叶片中的脯氨酸、可溶性总糖含量以及相对电导率的变化.结果表明,水生鸢尾的越冬成活率最高,达99%;随着温度的降低,相对电导率、脯氨酸以及可溶性总糖含量均发生了变化,只是变化幅度不尽相同,对几项指标综合分析得出,4种水生植物的耐寒性强弱依次为:水生鸢尾>水生菖蒲>水生红花美人蕉>水生黄花美人蕉.
