Effects of nitrogen input on nitrogen metabolite accumulation in Bromus inermis and Trrifolium repens

Abstract: 以无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)和白三叶(Trifolium repens)为对象,研究了不同施氮浓度0、6、12、24 g/(m2·a),对2种牧草的氮代谢物质积累的影响,结果表明,2种牧草的叶绿素、叶氮、可溶性蛋白、精氨酸和脯氨酸含量等氮代谢物指标均随氮处理浓度的增加出现显著增加(P<0.05).除可溶性蛋白以外的各项指标在24 g/(m2·a)处理时达到峰值.其中,白三叶和无芒雀麦叶绿素含量分别比对照增加了20.0%、122.9%,叶氮含量分别比对照增加了153.7%、76.5%,精氨酸含量分别比对照增加了142.5%、301.6%.说明不同施氮浓度对无芒雀麦和白三叶的氮代谢物积累有明显的促进作用,而且对无芒雀麦的促进作用比白三叶更明显.
