Abstract: 以离体结缕草(Z73)匍匐茎为材料,探讨离体匍匐茎在高温38℃(日)/30℃(夜),常温28℃(日)/20℃(夜)和低温18℃(日)/10℃(夜)连续贮藏2周后的再生活力.结果表明:高温对结缕草匍匐茎的再生活力影响最大,贮藏初期存活势和存活率急剧下降,2周后匍匐茎全部死亡,并严重影响地上生物量和地下生物量;而低温和常温贮藏2周,对结缕草的地上生物量影响差异不显著,但会显著降低地下生物量;常温与低温贮藏对结缕草的存活势和存活率等表观生长指标的影响均较小.
