Abstract: 研究了苜蓿品种甘农3号、甘农5号及游客杂交后代与亲本的亲缘关系,选用ISSR分子标记进行遗传多样性分析,筛选出4条引物检测供试材料的遗传多样性.结果表明:4条引物共扩增出122个位点,均为多态性位点,共扩增出22条条带,其中,21条为多态行条带,多态性比率为95.45%,供试材料遗传多样性丰富.通过计算后代株系分别与3个亲本的遗传距离,速生16 #与3亲本的遗传距离最小,为0.327;与3个亲本的平均遗传距离最大的是大叶1 #,遗传距离为0.752.聚类分析结果表明:39份材料被聚为5类,A类包括速生1 #、速生6#等14个株系;B类包括速生2#、速生3 #等5个株系;C类包括速生4#、速生11 #等13个株系;D类包括速生17 #、速生26 #等4个株系;速生18#单独被聚为一类.
