Abstract: 为了考察甘蔗叶总黄酮及其各化学组分对致龋菌生长的抑制作用,采用96孔板法,测定甘蔗叶总黄酮及其各化学组分对主要致龋菌的最低抑菌浓度和杀菌浓度.结果表明:30%乙醇流份(S2)和50%乙醇流份(S3)对变异链球菌(Streptococcus mutans)ATCC 10387抑菌效果与阳性对照药茶多酚(EGCG)相当,最小抑菌浓度均为4×1o3μg/ml; 95%乙醇流份(S5)及0.1%乙酸醇液(S6)对变异链球菌ATCC 10387和粘性放线菌(Actinom yces viscosus)ATCC 19246的最小抑菌浓度,与阳性对照药EGCG抑菌效果相当,均为1×103 μg/ml.S6对变异链球菌ATCC 10387杀菌效果,与阳性对照药EGCG相当,均为4×103 μg/ml.总黄酮和水洗脱流份(S1)对2种致龋菌无杀菌作用.甘蔗叶黄酮类成份具有一定的抗致龋菌活性.
