Abstract: 内孔加工作为液压缸缸筒加工最关键工序,其质量好坏直接影响液压缸的安全性与可靠性.针对缸筒内孔刮削之后端口尺寸超差问题,根据缸筒刮削加工原理,建立缸体物理受力模型,结合有限元技术对缸筒端口刮削尺寸超差进行深入研究.研究结果显示刮削倒角是影响缸筒端口刮削尺寸超差最主要因素,并通过实验验证了结论的正确性,为液压缸缸筒内孔加工提供理论参考与指导.
