Abstract: 内孔加工作为液压缸缸筒加工最关键工序,其质量好坏直接影响液压油缸的安全性与可靠性.针对缸筒内孔加工因采用刮削技术,导致内孔产生变形等问题,在深入研究刮削原理及刀具结构的基础上,利用切削理论,建立缸筒内孔受力物理模型,分析内孔受力分布规律,改进刀体结构;运用六西格玛理论对比分析改进前后刀具加工过程能力变化,结果显示内孔加工质量得到较大幅度提升.
