Abstract: 针对翻车这一高速公路隧道多发事故类型,该文设计了一种用于高速公路隧道翻车事故快速救援的液压扶正设备.在比较现有大吊车救援方法,对其经济效益和应用前景进行分析的基础上,详细阐述了其工作原理,最后利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立了高速公路隧道翻车事故液压扶正设备仿真模型并进行仿真实验.借助扶正过程中千斤顶、液压泵、换向阀、溢流阀、油箱等液压扶正设备主要部件的相应变化曲线,仿真结果表明,该文设计的液压扶正设备相比大吊车救援方法操作简便、快速高效.
