Abstract: 为了克服金属电缆支架易腐蚀、耗能大等缺点,研制开发了热固性复合材料电缆支架.对复合材料进行合理设计和加工,可以制造不同结构、性能各异的电缆支架.目前已研制了组装接插式、滑动层叠式、整体式电缆支架,可分别用于不同的场合.复合材料具有强度高、可设计性好、不蠕变、耐腐蚀和使用方便的优点.在防火性能方面,研制的复合材料电缆支架的氧指数大于等于70%,符合防火、低烟、无卤、无毒的安全要求.
