Abstract: 为了提高机场消防车消防炮的射程与流量,对某消防炮进行优化改进.采用逆向设计与常规方法相结合的方式在CATIA中建立了某消防炮实体模型和流体模型,并利用GAMBIT软件对该流体模型划分网格.利用FLUENT对消防炮进行了流体动力学仿真分析,得到了消防炮的流场分布云图.利用加导流板的方式对管道进行优化,通过改变喷嘴结构参数的方式对喷嘴进行优化,分析比对优化前后消防炮射流情况,得知消防炮最大射程提高了12%,最大流量也有所提高.优化后的流场分布更加均匀,管道径向截面内压力梯度减小.有效减少了消防炮的振动,可以提高消防炮的工作可靠性.
