Abstract: 针对工程陶瓷材料加工性能要求高,传统加工方法难以保证加工质量,提出将磨料水射流用于陶瓷钻削加工.通过理论研究,建立磨料水射流钻削深度的理论模型以及分析陶瓷钻削断面质量.基于大量试验数据,分析磨料水射流钻削参数对陶瓷钻削深度和孔壁表面粗糙度的影响.研究表明,射流压力、横移速度、磨料流量和靶距,对工程陶瓷钻削性能具有显著的影响.同时陶瓷孔内壁有锥度产生,钻削盲孔时由于射流的阻塞作用,在盲孔底部会形成袋状结构.
