Abstract: 植物单宁及防御性酶对植物健康生长起着重要的防御作用.为了研究杂种落叶松不同子代之间针叶内单宁质量分数及防御性酶活性与抗虫性的关系,用香草醛盐酸反应法、紫外分光光度法对日本落叶松(Larixkaempferi)、兴安落叶松(L.gmelinii和长白落叶松(L.olgensis)杂交后7个家系的F1和F2代针叶内的单宁质量分数、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、胰蛋白酶抑制剂(TI)和胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂(CI)的活性及其差异进行了比较分析.结果表明:7个家系的F1、F2代单宁质量分数、PAL、PPO、TI和CI的活性存在不同差异性(P<0.05);F1代PAL、PPO活性普遍高于F2代,单宁质量分数、TI和CI的活性低于F2代.结合其它抗虫生理指标,认为F1代杂种优势高于F2代,F1代日3×兴2、F1和F2代日3×兴9具有较好的潜在抗虫性.
