Abstract: 利用RACE技术从刺五加(Eleutherococcus senticosus Harms)中克隆到铜锌型超氧化物歧化酶基因(Cu/Zn SOD)的cDNA序列.获得的刺五加Cu/Zn SOD的cDNA长641 bp.基因内部含有1个长度为459 bp的开放阅读框,编码长度为152个氨基酸残基的蛋白质,预测分子质量为15.162 ku,理论等电点为5.29.刺五加Cu/Zn SOD氨基酸序列与其它植物的Cu/Zn SOD具有很高的相似性.相对定量RT-PCR的结果表明,回接内生真菌菌株P116-1a、P116-1b、P109-4和P312-1后可显著提高刺五加Cu/Zn SOD基因的表达量(P<0.05),最大表达量出现在菌株P312-1回接60d时,达对照的4.99倍.
