Abstract: 针对螺栓拉伸器作业工况恶劣的特性,提出一种基于有限元分析与实验相结合的设计方法.运用ANSYS软件对拉伸器关键结构——缸体进行强度校核和结构优化,并制定拉伸器试验方案,对比两者得到的数据.结果表明:初设参数下缸体应力集中强度大于材料的屈服极限,不满足设计要求;优化结构尺寸后,缸体的强度和刚度均满足材料的要求,安全系数得到极大提高;缸体外端应变数据中仿真值与实验值相符,这为该设备的可靠性和安全性提供了设计依据.
