Abstract: 五彩腊味南瓜盅
原料:小南瓜1个,米饭1碗,胡萝卜半根,青豆、香菇、木耳、腊肠、油、盐适量
做法:
1.将胡萝卜、香菇、木耳、腊肠切丁和青豆一起爆炒,炒至快熟时加入米饭,再炒几分钟后盛出备用;
2.把南瓜洗净,切一个盖子,挖掉里面的籽和瓤;
3将切好的南瓜用保鲜膜包好,放入微波炉高火10~15分钟;
4.从微波炉里拿出烤好的南瓜,将炒好的饭装进去即可食用.
