Abstract: 为了减少能量损耗及液压噪声,对其液压泵/马达进行改造,并设计了与其配套的大口径常开型高速充液阀,从而完成动力单元的设计.在ANSYS/FLUENT下对内部流场进行数值模拟,并在ANSYS/LS-DYNA下对阀芯与阀座的接触应力进行了分析.根据仿真结果,对动力单元进行了优化设计.试验显示系统产生的噪声明显下降.
