Abstract: 为满足工程机械在高频、重载、突变载荷等恶劣工况下的作业需求,设计了一种缓冲腔密封和节流功能分离的缓冲结构,研制了一种新型端面贴合式高性能缓冲油缸.介绍了该缓冲装置的结构特点、工作原理,并分析和优化了其缓冲性能.通过实验研究表明,在同等工况下,相比国外同类缓冲油缸,该缓冲油缸缓冲压力峰值小,且缓冲过程平稳,性能明显优于国外产品.
