Abstract: 该文针对高压大流量气动比例阀结构特点及阀芯动力学特性,建立阀芯所受稳态气动力数学模型.然而由于高压气体的可压缩性、阀口流量非线性等因素,难以采用传统气动力理论计算公式准确预测高压大流量气动力比例阀的稳态气动力,为此基于三维N-S方程,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法研究稳态气动力的变化特性.结果表明,该气动比例阀工作过程中最大稳态气动力达到气压驱动力的30%,成为影响阀芯响应速度与控制精度的主要因素,且稳态气动力与阀口开度呈强非线性关系.另外为减小稳态气动力的阻力作用以减小动力能源的消耗,应优化内流道结构,实现节能目的.
