Abstract: 红外气体泄漏点检测是利用气体泄漏时在泄漏点处的温度场特性以及热成像装置获取的红外辐射信号对泄漏点进行定位.取得最佳检测效果的关键之一在于尽量增大泄漏点与其周围温度场的温差.充气节流口的直径、充入被测容器的空气压力及温度会对上述温差造成影响.针对上述3个因素,通过理论分析、仿真和实验分析,得到在不同检测条件下充放气过程中容器及泄漏点处的温度变化,从而提出选择泄漏点与其周围容器壁的温度温差△T达到极值附近时的红外图像进行图像处理来诊断泄漏点的新策略,并通过实际图像处理算法验证了所提方法的有效性.
