Abstract: 针对本升降平台重载、低速、高可靠性的要求,在对液压驱动系统功能分析的基础上设计了纯水液压驱动系统回路,包括水缸控制系统和泵站系统.系统采用进口节流式调速回路,对几种水缸速度控制回路进行了比较分析,依据水压阀的特性,确定了比例阀和普通节流阀两种调速方案,并对两种方案进行了仿真分析,验证了其速度平稳性及可靠性.结合本系统对纯水液压系统设计与使用过程中元件与材料选择、水质控制、腐蚀与磨损、结构设计等要点进行了介绍.
